Jean and I contracted with John DuBonn to build our new highly customized home in downtown Greenville in 2010. We purchased about 5,000 sf of unfinished space on the top two floors of a century old building on Main Street. John, working with an architect and designer, was able to transform the space into an upscale modern urban home.The attention to design and detail was important to transform the space the way we wanted. John accommodated the changes and upgrades that we requested during the construction period; and our 'punch list' after our move in was completed timely.Jean and I are pleased with the result and would recommend John for new home construction or remodeling.
