DuBonn Builders does not work off volume, we work only with the customer who wants a high quality home at a reasonable price. Quality is made, relationships are built, and trust is earned. At J.DuBonn Builders, that is the only way we do business, which happens one project at a time. J. DuBonn Builders will never take on more projects than John DuBonn can personally oversee. A large part of the building experience comes after the home is complete. Making sure our homeowners are completely satisfied is our number one priority.

DuBonn Builders serves homeowners who have a vision to build their exquisite personal home, spectacular estate home, or a resort style second home in Upstate South Carolina and The Cliffs Communities.  Understanding that all of our homeowners require exceptional service, craftsmanship, value and care, but have a different vision for their home, we have tailored our company to meet the needs of each individual homeowner.

Our Process: Our process begins with Lot and Topography Analysis. We evaluate for site development costs, erosion control, and construction development that protects the hardwoods and best captures the natural beauty of the landscape. The next step is Plan Selection and Development. J. DuBonn Builders is a comprehensive design-build firm. We can assist you in either customizing a pre-selected plan or in recommending one of our architect partners who can complete drawings and specifications based upon your individual needs and preferences. The third step in our process is Construction and Project Management. From estimating and budgeting, to scheduling and client communication, our process streamlines the construction process creating a stress and hassle-free experience for our clients. The last step is Post Construction and Customer Care. A large part of the building experience comes after the home is complete. Making sure our homeowners are completely satisfied is our number one priority. Part of our service includes an after move-in walk thru, a 6 month, and an 11 month walk- thru to address any punch list items you may have come across.

About John DuBonn: John is a hands-on leader who works directly with our clients and subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the construction process are being performed at the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. From estimating, construction management, design modification and customer communication, John’s priority is to ensure that each homeowner is getting exactly what they want in their home at the best value possible. He also spends time researching the latest building trends and meeting with subcontractors regarding new building materials to ensure that our homeowners have access to the latest in energy-efficient building products & technology.

About Tiffany DuBonn: Tiffany is responsible for all financial management and budget analysis as well as to assist homeowners with interior and exterior design selections. Tiffany’s priority is to keep each home-owner within their budget and up-to-date on their costs so that there are no “hidden surprises” at the end of the construction process. Tiffany is also dedicated to helping each homeowner design a home that is truly beautiful and unique. From interior paint colors and light fixtures to exterior design elements, she is dedicated to perfecting even the smallest detail, and to making sure our homeowners’ style is reflected in every aspect of their home.
